How much space do I need?
Our castle requires a minimum area of 14ft x 16ft with access of at least 3ft wide.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery, setup and collection are included in all packages across Harrow, Wembley and surrounding London areas.
Is your equipment safe and insured?
We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of every child. All of our equipment is PIPA tested, manufactured to EN14960 safety standards, and inspected before every hire. Combined with our £5 million public liability insurance, you can relax knowing your celebration is in safe hands.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine, but for heavy rain or high winds we'll offer you a free reschedule to another available date — no fees, no fuss. We monitor the forecast in the days before your event and will contact you in advance if conditions look unsuitable. Safety always comes first.
How do I book?
Send us an enquiry via the Book Now page, email, or Instagram DM. We'll confirm availability within 24 hours, and a £50 deposit secures your date.
